Last Updated: August 18, 2026
Complete Academy ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our pages, submit a form, complete our survey, sign our documents, or interact with our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we never share it with other marketing companies for their own marketing.

- Name, email address, phone number, and business address
- Agency details you provide on our forms: agency name, team size and structure, how your agents are contracted, and how you generate business

- Your typed name, signature, and a timestamp when you sign our onboarding documents
- Internet activity information, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL

We use the information we collect to:
- Review your survey and evaluate whether Complete Academy is a fit for your agency
- Schedule and conduct your welcome call
- Complete onboarding, document signing, and carrier contracting
- Provide access to our training portal, documents, and systems
- Communicate with you about your application, onboarding, and account
- Send marketing communications you have consented to receive
- Improve our pages, materials, and advertising
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or misuse
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other marketing companies for their own marketing.
California law defines "sale" and "sharing" more broadly than an exchange for money. Because we work with advertising and analytics providers to measure our marketing, some of those disclosures may count as "sharing" under that definition. You can opt out at any time using Your Privacy Choices.
We may share your information with:
- Insurance carriers, as required to complete your carrier contracting
- Service providers who help us operate our pages, systems, and communications, provided they agree to keep your information confidential
- Analytics and advertising providers who help us deliver and measure our marketing (you may opt out of this type of sharing as described below)
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our pages, gather usage information, and measure our advertising. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.
We may use third-party analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors interact with our pages and ads. These tools may collect information about your browsing behavior across websites.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Signed documents are retained for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. If you request deletion of your information, we will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and password-protected systems. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, the following applies:
- You may receive text messages related to your inquiry, your survey, scheduling, onboarding, or marketing communications.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of working with us.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. We will send one confirmation message and then stop.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at (801) 573-0662.
- We do not share your mobile number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent information with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
AGE OF USERS
Our pages, products, and services are directed to licensed insurance professionals and business owners who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
EMAIL AND CAN-SPAM
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. All marketing emails include a clear identification of the sender, a valid physical address, and a working unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.
NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If you live in California, state law (the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of information we collect
- Identifiers (name, address, phone number, email)
- Professional and commercial information (agency details, production volumes, carriers, revenue history)
- Internet activity information (browsing history, interactions with our pages and ads)
How we use this information
To review your survey, conduct your welcome call, complete onboarding and contracting, provide training access, conduct marketing and analytics, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse.
Selling or sharing information
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, California defines "sale" to include disclosures for other valuable consideration, and defines "sharing" to include disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we work with advertising and analytics providers to deliver and measure our marketing, some of those disclosures may fall within those definitions. You may opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices.
Your California privacy rights
- You may request to know what personal information we have collected and how we use it
- You may request a copy of specific pieces of personal information we collected about you
- You may request deletion of your personal information

Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common industry standard for how it should be handled, and our pages do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We also do not currently detect Global Privacy Control signals automatically. You can still opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices.

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, contact us by either method below and say you want to opt out. We do not require you to create an account first.
