WHO WE ARE

Complete Academy is a private training and distribution platform for insurance agency owners and operators. It is a Tim Provost company, based in Lehi, Utah. Complete Academy does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not connected with or endorsed by any government agency.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACT CONSENT

This is the consent you provide when you submit a form or survey on our pages. It is reproduced here in full so you can read it before and after you submit.

Consent is never required to work with us

You can decline consent and still reach us by calling directly. To stop text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop. For help, reply HELP or call (801) 573-0662. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.

THE PROGRAM

Complete Academy provides training materials, documented processes, and systems to approved insurance agencies. There is no fee for the training, the documents, or the ongoing training. Participation requires carrier contracting through Complete Academy: Tim Provost serves as the upline on your carrier contracts and earns an override on the business you write. That override is how Complete Academy is compensated.

Acceptance into the program is at our discretion. Contract levels, carrier availability, and program features may change over time. Commission advances are loans against unearned commissions, and chargebacks on business that falls off the books remain your responsibility, as described in the documents you sign during onboarding.

RESULTS AND EARNINGS DISCLOSURE

We make no guarantee of income or results.

Production figures on our pages and in our videos, including premium volumes, policy counts, and per-agent production, describe the historical performance of the agency Tim Provost built, under his leadership. They are provided as background, not as a promise. Your results will depend on your own effort, your team, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. Most businesses do not match the figures of the examples shown. Insurance production involves risk, including commission chargebacks, and you should not join expecting a particular outcome.

USE OF OUR MATERIALS

The materials Complete Academy provides, including scripts, training content, underwriting and carrier resources, service processes, hiring and operations documents, and CRM configurations, are proprietary. Subject to these terms, we grant approved agencies a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in the operation of their own agency. Under this license, you may not:

• Sell, license, publish, or distribute the materials to anyone outside your agency
• Use the materials to build or support a competing training or distribution program
• Remove any proprietary notices from the materials
• Share portal access or credentials with anyone outside your agency

This license ends when your relationship with Complete Academy ends, except as otherwise stated in the documents you sign. We may update, replace, or retire materials at any time.

THE TWO DOCUMENTS

Two documents govern the working relationship, and both are presented during onboarding. The Handshake is a mutual commitment in writing: what we provide and what we expect. It is not a legal contract. The personal guarantee is a binding agreement covering commission debt: advances are loans against unearned commissions, and if business falls off the books that money is owed back. Read both before you sign. Where these website terms and a signed document conflict, the signed document controls.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not use our pages. The materials on our pages are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The materials on our pages are provided "as is." Complete Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any materials on our pages or on any linked sites.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Complete Academy or its related companies be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our pages, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of materials

The materials on our pages may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes at any time without notice but do not commit to updating the materials.

We have not reviewed all sites linked from our pages and are not responsible for the contents of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using our pages, you agree to be bound by the current version.

Governing law

Any claim relating to our pages shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
